Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

2. Returns Policy

Return Period: You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products such as personal care items, perishable goods, and clearance products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
